Life in Hearth · In development

A district number. A neighbourhood name. Your front door.

Subdivisions give a district its smaller, familiar places: the bend in the road, the quiet court, the houses you pass on the way home.

Neighbours in varied outfits meet along a tree-lined street of tropical, timber, modern and gothic homes.

Places within a place

A street is more than a row of plots.

The design starts with connected main roads and smaller local streets. Curves, loops and cul-de-sacs give each neighbourhood a recognisable shape, while natural ground separates it from the next.

Names that belong here

Street and subdivision names reflect the home world. Halcyon’s pastoral names come from a world that feeds Hearth.

A way in and onward

Local streets serve homes. Main roads connect neighbourhoods and lead out into the wider district network.

Different homes, shared ground

Citizens bring their own building choices to their plots. Streets and common land give those individual homes a neighbourhood to belong to.

Halcyon · District 01 · Design study

Meet the first neighbourhood concepts.

These six names and street characters come from the current District 01 road-layout study. They are a look at the design in progress, not available locations to reserve.

North Grove

Long garden streets beside orchards.

West Brook

Riverside lanes with short courts.

East Meadow

A meadow-edge route and a quiet internal court.

Sunfield

Broad blocks with a curved outer avenue.

Oak Hollow

Woodland streets with an internal connection.

Cedar Vale

A sweeping ridge-side avenue.

The study is still being reviewed. Parcel boundaries, final capacity and the ability to choose a particular neighbourhood are not settled.
